Our retreat is nestled in a secluded oasis, far away from the hustle and bustle, allowing you to truly disconnect and reconnect with your inner self. Step into the place of nature's beauty at The Orchard Yoga Studio. Our Wellness Retreat Day invites you to have a taste of everything we offer: 9:00 AM: Arrival and breakfast 10:00-11:30 AM: Yoga flow and welcome 11:30 AM-12:30 PM: Nature walk 1:00-2:00 PM: Nutritious lunch 2:00-3:15 PM: Yin Yoga 3:15-4:00 PM: Meditation and journalling

KD Fitness App – Booking Policy Thank you for choosing the KD Fitness App! To ensure a smooth onboarding experience, please read the following booking policy carefully before purchasing: 1. App Access After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to download the KD Fitness App. Please ensure you use a valid email address at checkout to receive this information promptly. 2. Consultation Form You will also receive a consultation form to complete. This form helps us understand your goals, training experience, and any relevant health information. It is essential that you complete this form before your training program can be uploaded. 3. Program Delivery Once your consultation form is submitted, your personalised training plan will be uploaded to the app within 72 hours. You’ll receive a notification once your program is live and ready to go. 4. Monthly Membership Your subscription is £24.99 per month and includes full app access, training plans, video demonstrations, form support, and community access. You may cancel at any time via the app settings or by contacting support. 5. Support If you have any issues with access, downloads, or receiving your plan, please reach out via email for assistance.
