Step into the place of nature's beauty at The Orchard Yoga Studio. Our Serenity Wellness Retreat Day invites you to have a taste of everything we offer:

9:00 AM: Arrival and breakfast 
10:00-11:30 Yoga Vinyasa/Hatha
11:30 AM-1PM: Nature Walk
1:00-1:45 PM: Nutritious lunch
1:45-3 PM: Yin Yoga
3-3:45 PM: Meditation and journalling

Yoga

Yoga can become a sanctuary, a sacred space where you can let go of the chaos and find solace within.  With each breath, you can release the burdens of the day and invite in a sense of peace and renewal.  It's a beautiful dance between mind, body, and spirit, where you can truly be present in the moment.

There is something truly magical about the way yoga opens our hearts and allows us to connect with our true essence.  It's a reminder that we are all part of this vast tapestry of existence.

Yoga can teach us to be gentle with ourselves, to listen to the whispers of our body, and to honour my own unique journey.  It's a reminder that self-care is not selfish; it's an act of self-love that allows us to show up fully for others.

Nutritious Food

In a world filled with fast food and processed snacks, it's important to take a moment and reflect on the incredible power of nourishing our bodies with healthy food.

When we choose to fuel our bodies with whole, nutrient-dense foods, we are giving ourselves the gift of vitality and energy.  Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins are not only delicious but also provide us with the essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants our bodies need to thrive.

All retreats include delicious meals (breakfast and lunch)

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Can I get a refund if I cancel?

We know that things crop up and sometimes you need to cancel, we can offer 50% refund on cancellation 2 weeks before the date, if its after this date unfortunately no refund will be given.  

​

2. Do I need to bring a mat?

We have  mats and other equipment, if you prefer to use your Owen that's ok too.

​

3. I've never done yoga before?

Don't worry, I've got you.  All classes are taught to mixed ability.
