Begin the year with a transformative experience at our serene New Year Yoga Retreat. Set against a peaceful backdrop, this retreat is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, reset your intentions, and renew your body and mind.

Over the course of the day, you’ll be guided through a nourishing blend of yoga practices including dynamic Vinyasa flows, calming Yin sessions, and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra.
Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, this retreat is open to all levels and
offers an opportunity to deepen your practice in a supportive environment.
In addition to yoga, the retreat includes mindfulness meditation, journaling, and reflective workshops to help you release the old and welcome the new. You’ll also enjoy wholesome, nourishing meals and time to explore the beautiful surroundings or simply rest and rejuvenate.

9:00 AM: Arrival and breakfast
10:00-11:30 AM: Yoga flow and welcome
11:30 AM-12:30 PM: Nature walk
1:00-2:00 PM: Nutritious lunch
2:00-3:15 PM: Yin Yoga
3:15-4:00 PM: Meditation and journalling

1. Can I get a refund if I cancel?
We know that things crop up and sometimes you need to cancel, we can offer 50% refund on cancellation 2 weeks before the date, if its after this date unfortunately no refund will be given.

2. Do I need to bring a mat?
We have mats and other equipment, if you prefer to use your Owen that's ok too.
​
3. I've never done yoga before?
Don't worry, I've got you. All classes are taught to mixed ability.
