Hi, I’m Karen, and I’m passionate about helping women navigate one of the most transformational times of life: midlife and menopause. If you’ve landed here feeling tired, overwhelmed, frustrated with your body—or simply craving something more—you’re in the right place.

I know exactly how that feels, because I’ve lived it too.

My Menopause Story

In my late 30s, everything changed. After having my son at 39, I started noticing the shifts—fatigue I couldn’t shake, mood swings I couldn’t explain, weight that clung on no matter how “healthy” I tried to be. By 44, I was navigating early menopause, and to be honest, I felt completely lost. No one was talking about it. I felt like a stranger in my own skin.

That struggle lit a fire in me. I became determined not just to survive this phase, but to thrive through it—and to help other women do the same.

How I Got Here

My journey into health and well-being actually began years earlier, when I left behind a hectic career in hospitality and an unhealthy lifestyle built on stress, takeaways, and endless caffeine. I retrained in Nutrition & Dietetics, became a personal trainer, a yoga and meditation teacher, and eventually specialised in women’s health and hormonal wellness.

Along the way, I learned something life-changing: it’s not about quick fixes, deprivation, or punishing workouts. It’s about working with your body, not against it—especially as your hormones shift.

Why I’m So Passionate About Helping Midlife Women

Because I’ve been where you are.
Because too many women still feel unheard, unsupported, and stuck when they hit their 40s and 50s.
Because thriving through menopause is not only possible—it can be the gateway to your strongest, happiest, most authentic self.

Today, in my 50s, I feel better than I ever have. Stronger, calmer, more resilient, and full of energy. And that’s what I help my clients achieve too.
