Hi, I’m Karen, and I’m so excited you’re here, ready to invest in YOU—to become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself. Just by showing up, you’ve already taken the first step in your wellness journey, and you’re exactly where you need to be.

My Story

My passion for health and well-being began when I studied Nutrition & Dietetics at the University of Chester. From there, I stepped into the fitness world as a personal trainer, GP referral coach, and pre- and post-natal specialist. While I loved helping my clients transform, I realised something was missing—until I introduced yoga and meditation, practices that had been integral to my own journey for years. In 2016, I trained as a yoga and meditation teacher with Himalayan Yoga Valley, completing the picture of holistic wellness that I bring to my coaching.

Fast forward to today: I’m a holistic nutrition and wellness coach specialising in women’s health. I help women just like you:

  • Lose weight

  • Improve energy levels

  • Build healthy habits

  • Nourish their bodies while maintaining balance

In 2021 I completed a  Postgraduate Diploma in Performance Nutrition, expanding my expertise to work with athletes. But my true passion remains empowering busy women over 40 to transform their health, starting with simple yet effective changes.

How It All Began

In my 20s and 30s, my life looked nothing like it does today. I was working long hours in hospitality, surviving on coffee, energy drinks, and fast food. I tried every fad diet imaginable—low-fat, carb-free, sugar-free—only to feel worse. Stress consumed me, my sleep suffered, and hormonal imbalances left me feeling low and out of control.

It wasn’t until I had my daughter at 35 that I became determined to find my healthiest self. I dove into nutrition, movement, and mindfulness, gradually transforming my habits. By my 40s, I felt better than I had in my 20s—despite having my son at 39 and navigating early menopause at 44.

I learned that small, consistent changes make the biggest difference, and I bring that philosophy into my work with clients. Today, at 50, I feel stronger, happier, and more energised than ever, and I want the same for you.
