Booking Policy Thank you for booking your place at one of my events. Please read the following policy to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all participants. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with event details, including location or Google meet link (for online sessions). Cancellations & Refunds I understand that life happens! However, as a small business, I kindly ask for your understanding of the following cancellation terms: Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: A full refund or option to transfer to a future event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event: Unfortunately, no refunds can be given, but you may transfer your place to a friend (please notify me of their name and contact details). No-shows: No refund or transfer will be offered for non-attendance without prior notice. Event Cancellation by Me If I need to cancel or postpone an event for any reason (e.g. illness, low numbers), you will receive: A full refund, or The option to transfer your booking to a future event. Online Events Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space for online sessions.Google meet links will be sent out at least 24 hours before the event.
